Emkay Technochem

We operate out of 303, Ratan Green Apartment, which is at 7/172 in Swaroop Nagar. It’s a bit different being based in an apartment building, but it works fine for our setup. We handle a lot of the technical side of chemicals and distribution from here. It’s mostly desks, files, and a lot of phone calls to suppliers and clients throughout the day. Swaroop Nagar is a nice area, though parking can be a real headache sometimes if you don't get here early. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to us and the people coming in and out. We don't have heavy machinery here, as most of our work is about the logistics and the technical details behind the chemicals we sell. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the specs match what the customers are asking for in their orders. Sometimes we have samples around the office, but it’s mostly a clean, quiet environment for the staff. We take our time with the details because that’s what matters in this line of work. There are a few of us in the office, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to get things done. It’s a steady pace that keeps us busy. We like the location because it’s central and easy to get to most parts of the city.
