Dolly Garments

Dolly Garments is located at 101/41-E in Colonel Ganj. This part of town has its own pace, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. The building we’re in is older, but it serves its purpose well enough. We have a lot of clothes packed into a fairly small space, so you have to kind of navigate around the boxes sometimes. I’ve lived around here most of my life, so working in Colonelganjn feels very natural to me. The street outside can get quite loud with the rickshaws and people talking, but it’s a good kind of energy. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the shop. It’s just a place to buy clothes. We spend our days hanging things up and talking to whoever drops by. Sometimes people just come in for a chat and don't even buy anything, which is fine. The lighting is okay, though we should probably replace a few of the bulbs soon. We have a small back room where we keep the extra stock and a kettle for making tea. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We don’t really use a computer for much, mostly just keeping track of things in a ledger. It feels more personal that way. We just keep the shop open and see what the day brings us. It's been like this for years.
