Cloud Nine Holidays

Our office is over at 113/57 in Swaroop Nagar, right across from Moti Jheel and near the Allahabad Bank. It is a pretty nice spot to be in Kanpur. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks, surrounded by stacks of travel brochures and maps. It’s a small space, and sometimes it feels a bit crowded when we have a few people in at once. We handle all kinds of holiday planning, from simple bus trips to more complicated travel arrangements. We aren't a big, polished agency; we are just a few people who know a lot about travel. The walls have some pictures of mountains and beaches that are starting to fade a little bit. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport companies, which can be a bit of a headache. Some days are very quiet, and we just sit and chat, while other days the phone never stops ringing. We don’t use any fancy systems to keep track of things, just the usual calendars and notebooks. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We have been here for quite some time, so we know the area and the people well. If you are walking near Moti Jheel, you will probably see our small sign. We just focus on the work and try to make sure every booking is handled properly.
