Apna Provision Store

We have been running Apna Provision Store here in Sarvoday Nagar for quite a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know us because we are right opposite the ITI in Raja Purwa Malin Basti. It is a busy spot, and we try our best to keep the shelves stocked with whatever folks in Kanpur might need for their kitchens. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone is out doing their daily shopping. We have the usual stuff like lentils, rice, soaps, and those little things you always seem to run out of at the last minute. The shop isn't fancy or anything, just a regular place where you can get your groceries without much fuss. We know most of the neighbors by their names since they have been coming here for years. It is just me and a couple of others helping out most days. If you are passing through the Basti, you will see our sign easily enough. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes boxes end up stacked in the corners when the delivery truck comes. It is just part of how we do things here. Life in Kanpur is fast, so we just focus on getting people what they need and sending them on their way. There isn't much else to say other than we are open early and close late most days. It is a simple life running a store, but it keeps us busy.
