Just Veg

Our place, Just Veg, is situated at 113/154 in Swaroop Nagar. It is a well-known part of Kanpur, and being near the HDFC Bank makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are out running errands. We opened this because we wanted a place where people could just get straightforward food without any fuss. The street outside is always full of cars and people moving around, so inside it feels a bit more settled. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just focus on getting the vegetables fresh and making sure the kitchen is running okay. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the bank next door is having a busy day. Our staff is local, and most of us live just a short distance away from the shop. It is a plain shop, nothing too fancy on the walls or the tables. We think that is fine because people come here for the food, not the decor. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush because it can get quite messy when we are full. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet throughout the day. If you are in Swaroop Nagar, you might have seen us. We are just a small part of this neighborhood, doing our bit every day. There is not a whole lot more to it than that.
