Anaichas Food Hub

Our place is called Anaichas Food Hub and we are right at 122/732 in Shastri Nagar. If you know the chain factory crossing, we are just right there. It’s a busy spot in Kanpur, and we’ve been here for a while now. The morning usually starts with us getting the stove going and making sure the kitchen is ready before the lunch crowd starts showing up. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a simple place where we cook. My brother and I handle most of the work ourselves. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping vegetables. The noise from the crossing can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a few months. We don’t really do any big advertisements or anything like that. Most people who come in are just locals living in Shastri Nagar or people working nearby. We keep the menu pretty basic because that’s what we can manage. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time and we have to scramble, but that’s just how running a small shop goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just trying to do our daily work and go home. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the tables wiped down for the next person.
