We are located at 48 / 124 D in Gandhi Gram, Kanpur. If you know Kanpur, you know it is a city that never really stops moving. Gandhi Gram is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people and local activity. Our office for Ubcorp Technology is tucked away in this area. It is a traditional building that has seen plenty of years. Inside, we have set up our desks and all the wiring for our computers. It is not a minimalist or modern space. It is full of folders, some old chairs, and the usual office clutter that happens when people are actually working. The street outside can get quite narrow and crowded with bikes and pedestrians. You can hear the sounds of the local market and people calling out to each other throughout the day. It is a very lively place to be. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat at our desks while we talk. The power can be a bit unreliable in this part of town, so we have a generator to keep the computers running so we don't lose any work. It is a very real, down-to-earth environment. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in the heart of Kanpur. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work being done every day in a place that feels like home. It is exactly where we need to be.
