Our office is located at Arag-1322 in Bodh Nagar, Naubasta, which is a part of Kanpur that most locals know well. It’s not the busiest part of town, which is good because it stays a bit quieter for us while we’re working. Triaxia Infotech Private Limited is really just a group of people who know a thing or two about computers and technology. We have a few rows of desks and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced a year ago, but they still work fine for now. The space is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes have a hard time finding the building the first time they visit. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they’re supposed to. There’s a lot of tea drinking involved in our daily routine. Every day around four, someone goes out to get snacks for everyone to keep our energy up. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department; we mostly just rely on people hearing about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a very practical way to run things. We’re not looking to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, just a reliable one that people in Naubasta can come to when they need help with their tech. It's a simple setup with no corporate nonsense, and that's exactly how we like it. We focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful.
