Running Td Restaurant & Catering (Opc) Privatelimited takes up pretty much all our time. We are based out of Barra 2 in Kanpur, right at 346 ME. It’s a busy part of town. If you know Kanpur, you know how Barra can get during peak hours. We handle a lot of different food stuff here. Sometimes it's for people coming in to eat and other times it's for big catering orders that need to go out across the city. It's a lot of work keeping up with everything. The kitchen is always hot and someone is usually shouting about an order. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge place, but we make it work for what we need. Dealing with catering means we’re often loading vans early in the morning or late at night. There’s always dishes to wash and floors to sweep. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing. It's just a food business in a regular Kanpur neighborhood. Most of the people around here know us by now. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Every day is a bit different depending on who calls for a catering job. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, it’s just busy enough to keep us on our toes. That’s life at Td Restaurant & Catering. It is what it is.
