Softbeads Private Limited

You can find us at 301, Ratan Residency, which is at 7/87 in Tilak Nagar, Kanpur. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we’re right in the middle of things here. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a comfortable enough space for our small team at Softbeads Private Limited. We don’t really go in for those polished, glass-walled offices. We prefer having a place that feels a bit more like home. We spend most of our days looking at code and testing out different software bits. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. Kanpur can be a busy place, but once we’re inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of people working. We have a little kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes share a meal. It’s not a formal environment at all. We wear what we want and talk like normal people. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just know what we need to do each day and we do it. Sometimes we stay late if a project is nearing the end, but we try to keep a balance. We’ve been in Tilak Nagar for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a good spot for us. We’re just a bunch of folks doing our best with the tech we have.
