Our office is located at Mig-51 in Barra-8. You have to go up to the first floor to find us in Room 201, which is labeled F-1. Being in Kanpur means there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s not a huge office space by any means. We have just enough room for the team to sit together and work on whatever is on the schedule for the day. The building itself is an older style, typical for this part of the city. We don't have those glass elevators or big signs outside. Most people just know where we are if they live in the 208027 area. We keep things pretty simple inside. There’s a small corner for files and a table where we usually eat our lunch. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. It’s just a workspace where we try to stay focused. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise in. Kanpur has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We like being in Barra-8 because everything we need is right within walking distance, and it makes the workday a little bit easier for everyone involved.
