If you ever find yourself walking through Juhi Safed Colony in Kanpur, you might pass our building. Itera Technologies Llp is based at 6/5, Juhi Safed Colony, near Juhi Colony. It’s a bit of a crowded area sometimes, but we like it that way because there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been working from this spot for some time. The office isn't anything too flashy. We have our computers and our desks, and that is mostly what we need to get through the day. People in the colony know us as the tech guys who are always busy with something. We try to keep a steady pace and not get too overwhelmed when things get hectic. Being in this part of Kanpur means we are close to everything we need. It’s a regular neighborhood, so you might hear kids playing or scooters going by while we work on our technology projects. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit down at our workstations, and tackle the tasks for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Kanpur has a lot of energy, and we try to bring that into the way we handle our daily business. We’ve got a small team, and we all share the same space, which makes it easier to talk through things without having to schedule meetings.
