Incode Solutions is situated in the Panki area of Kanpur. Our specific location is House Number 192 B in the F Block. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Thana Panki, which is the local police station. It is a very industrial and residential mix around here, so there is always a lot of activity on the streets. The building is a regular house that we have adapted for our business needs. It is not a shiny new office building, but it serves our purpose perfectly well. Kanpur can be quite hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and coolers are working so we can actually focus on our coding. We have a small team and we have all known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is very casual. We do not wear suits or anything like that. Usually, you will find us in t-shirts just typing away. Being in Panki means we are a bit away from the main city traffic of Kanpur, but it still has everything we need. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we get our daily supplies. We chose this spot because it was convenient for the founders and it felt like a grounded place to start a business. It is just a simple workspace where we do our best to handle the tech side of things for our clients.
