Helpkey India Private Limited is based out of Kanpur, specifically in the Awas Vikas area of Hanspuram. If you know Naubasta or Kasigawan, then you know exactly where we are at A-488. It is a decent enough area, though the roads can be a bit of a mess when it rains. Our office is tucked away here and we spend most of our hours trying to keep things moving forward. It’s a pretty basic setup with some old desks and computers that we’ve had for a couple of years. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of people; it’s just a handful of us who show up every morning and start working. Kanpur can get really hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we sit and handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always manage to find what we need eventually. We don't have any fancy signs or anything like that out front, just a small place where we do our business. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of town. Most of the time, we are just busy answering questions or fixing small issues that pop up throughout the day. It’s just how it goes for a small company like ours. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our daily routine.
