Hatsoff Technologies Software Private Limited operates out of the Lakhanpur Housing Society in Kanpur. Our address is 315/02. It’s an interesting place to have a software company because it’s a residential society. This gives our work a very local and grounded feel. We aren't in some glass tower in a business district. We are right here where people live. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps us focus on coding and software development. We started this because we liked the idea of working close to home. The office is basically a converted space that fits our computers and servers. It’s cozy, maybe a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it works. We do all sorts of software jobs. People come to us with different needs, and we just see how we can help them. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk like normal people. If a program isn't working, we fix it. If someone needs a new tool, we build it. Most of us have been friends for a long time. That makes working together a lot easier. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just have a common goal of getting the software right. It's a decent way to earn a living in Kanpur. We just stick to what we know and try to do it well every day.
