Kakadeo is a crazy place, especially with all the students running around Geeta Nagar. We’re on the ground floor of A1, 117/454 in O Block. It’s convenient being on the ground floor because we don't have to deal with any elevators or long walks up the stairs when we're carrying stuff. Dnesh Infosoft Private Limited is basically just us sitting in a renovated room trying to make sense of code and data. Kanpur is a busy city, and Naveen Nagar feels like it’s right in the middle of everything. You can hear the bikes and the rickshaws outside all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit distracting, but you get used to it after a week or two. The office isn't anything special to look at, just plain walls and a lot of wires running along the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, there are papers and tea cups everywhere. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that; if there’s a problem, we just talk it out over some snacks from the shop around the corner. It’s a very local way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we’re just doing what we know how to do in our own corner of the city. It keeps the lights on and we're happy with that. We might grow later, but for now, this ground floor spot in O Block is home.
