You can find us at 117/115 in the M Block of Kakadeo. If you know Kanpur, you know how crazy this area can get with all the students and the little shops everywhere. Cybersol Infotech Private Limited is tucked away near Rawatpur, and it’s always loud outside with horns honking. We have learned to work through the noise of the traffic and the street vendors over the years. The office is nothing special to look at, just some desks and a lot of wires running along the floor in the corners. We try to keep things organized, but it usually ends up messy by the end of the week when we are busy. We started this company because we wanted to work in our own city instead of moving to Delhi or Bangalore. Most of us grew up around here. We don't have any fancy titles or big offices with glass walls. We just sit together and try to figure out the technical stuff that people ask us to do. Sometimes we get frustrated when a project takes longer than we thought it would. We eat a lot of samosas from the stall down the street when we have to work late in the evening. It’s a busy life, and we aren't trying to pretend it’s anything else. We are just a local team doing the best we can with what we have in Kanpur. It's hard work, but it keeps us going.
