Capass Computers Private Limited is right in the middle of Patel Market in Jarauli-1, Barra. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. Our shop at 9/2 isn't hard to find if you just follow the main path. It’s a small place, packed with computers, spare parts, and tools. We don’t have a lot of room for fancy displays or a waiting lounge. Most people just stand by the counter and tell us what’s wrong with their machine. We’ve been here for a while, so we know a lot of the other shopkeepers in the market. It’s a tight-knit community. We don’t use corporate scripts or follow a strict manual on how to talk to people. We just speak plainly and tell you what can be fixed and what can’t. Sometimes the market gets really loud with all the shoppers and traffic, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just the sound of Barra. We stay busy from morning until evening because there’s always someone needing help with their tech. We don't try to sell people things they don't need.
