Blinsoft Technologies Private Limited is located over in Kanpur, specifically in Dayanand Vihar. Our address is P No 8-C A No 1081, which is right in the Kalyanpur area. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if the roads get a bit crowded during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a bit now, just doing our daily tasks and trying to stay on top of everything. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got desks, chairs, and the usual computers you’d expect for a tech company in Uttar Pradesh. We spend a lot of time just talking through problems and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with the work we have on our plates. There’s always someone running out to grab samosas or chai for the group when things get stressful. We don't really have a big hierarchy here; we just all chip in where it is needed. Kanpur is a hardworking city, and we think we fit in pretty well with that vibe. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a group of people in Kalyanpur doing what we know how to do. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps us focus when the weather is nice. We just show up every day and do the work. It is simple but it keeps us busy.
