We are over here at D-244 Shashtri Nagar. It is a busy spot. Most days at Aerys Pactek Private Limited start with a quick check of what needs doing. We have been in this part of town for a while now. The building isn’t anything fancy but it works for us. Shashtri Nagar has its own rhythm and we are just a small piece of that. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a truck, but we just wait it out or find another way to finish the day's tasks. It is just a handful of us working at desks or handling the equipment. We don’t have any big corporate slogans written on the walls. Mostly just calendars and a few notes taped up so we don’t forget the technical details. People ask what we do exactly and we tell them we just handle the work that comes in. It’s practical stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or checking parts. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but they do the job. Lunch is usually something from the local shops nearby. We don’t really do big meetings. If something needs to be said, we just talk across the room. Aerys Pactek Private Limited is just a place where we come to earn a living and try to do the work right without making too much of a fuss about it. We like being in Shashtri Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood.
