It’s a nice enough area, and the building we are in has been around for quite some time. We aren’t a massive operation with hundreds of people in this specific spot. Instead, it’s a small, dedicated crew that handles the engineering needs for this region. We spend our days looking at schematics and coordinating with different suppliers. It can get pretty humid here, but we’re used to it. The atmosphere in the office is usually relaxed but busy. We don't go in for all that corporate jargon or polish. If someone has a question, they just walk over and ask. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the technical issues as they come up. Most of us have been in engineering for a long time, so we know the drill. We like being based in Kannur because it’s a place where you can actually get to know your neighbors. When we aren't working on a project, we’re probably just making sure the equipment is maintained and the records are up to date. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just do the engineering work that needs doing in this part of India. We keep the doors open and just focus on the task at hand without a lot of extra noise.
