Skilljagindia Private Limited

Skilljagindia Private Limited is run out of Sreepaadam, which is the Unniparambath Naduvil House on Jts Road. We are right in Lokamaleswaram. It’s more of a residential-style building than a proper office block. We like it that way because it’s comfortable. We’ve set up our workspace in a few of the front rooms. There’s a bit of a garden out front that we try to keep neat, though the weeds usually win. Inside, we have our desks and all our gear for the training we do. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of people over, but we make it work. We don't have any of those shiny glass walls or expensive coffee machines. We just use a regular kettle and sit on normal chairs. Most of the people who come here are from around the area. We’ve lived in this house for a long time, so it made sense to start the business here. It’s easy for us to manage everything when we’re so close to home. The street is usually pretty busy with people walking to the shops nearby. We spend our days helping people figure out their career skills and what they need to learn next. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we do. We’re just regular folks trying to run a helpful business in our own house. It feels more personal that way.
