Sithara Agencies

Our agency is located at number 25, right inside the New Bus Stand area in Thalassery. It is a very hectic spot to be in, as you can imagine with all the buses pulling in and out at all hours. There is always a crowd of people rushing to catch their rides or waiting around with their bags. Our shop is small, but we use every inch of the space to keep our stock and our desk. Because we are at the bus stand, we see all kinds of people every day, from locals to folks just passing through town. It’s noisy and sometimes the smell of diesel fumes gets a bit strong, but that is just part of being in this location. We open up pretty early to catch the first wave of commuters and stay open until the last few buses are done for the evening. There isn't much room for sitting down, so we are usually on our feet all day handling orders and talking to people who stop by. We don't have any big advertisements on the walls, just a small board with the name Sithara Agencies on it. It’s a busy life being here in the middle of the transport hub, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve gotten used to the constant shouting of the conductors and the sound of the rain hitting the roof. We just do our business here in the middle of it all.
