Raj Traders

Raj Traders is sitting right on the Main Road in Payyannur. We are very close to the bus stand, which makes it a very busy spot for us. There is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of different faces every day. Our shop is filled with all sorts of trading goods. We don't have everything perfectly lined up like a big supermarket, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a bit of a traditional trading setup. We spend the day talking to customers and dealing with suppliers. The Main Road is always humming with traffic. Sometimes we have to shout a bit just to be heard over the idling buses. We have a small back room for stock and a counter at the front. It’s a straightforward way to do business. Payyannur is a lively place to be. We open early because that’s when the first buses start rolling in. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just focus on the people walking through the door. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking lists. We enjoy the hustle of the Main Road because it keeps us on our toes. If you are near the bus stand, you can’t really miss our sign. We are just a local trading business trying to stay busy.
