Mattannur Driving School

We are located on Thalassery Road in Mattannur, which is a pretty busy stretch of road to learn on. If you're from around Kannur, you probably know the area well. We’ve been helping people get behind the wheel for a long time now. Our office is simple, just a place to handle the paperwork and talk about the rules of the road before we head out for practice sessions. We have a couple of older cars that have seen a lot of learners over the years, so they have their little quirks, but they are reliable. Teaching someone to drive takes a lot of patience, and we’ve seen all kinds of nerves from beginners. The traffic around here can be tricky, especially during the market hours, but that’s actually good for learning how to handle real situations instead of just driving in an empty lot. We don't have any fancy simulators or high-tech classrooms. It’s just us, the car, and the road. We spend our days going back and forth along the local routes, explaining how the clutch works for the hundredth time. It’s honest work and it feels good when someone finally gets their license and can drive themselves around. The shopfront is small and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but we’ve been part of the Mattannur community for quite some time now. We just do our job and go home.
