Eiavagricultural Ventures Private Limited is run out of Raji Nivas in Padiyoor. We are located near Iritty in the Kannur district of Kerala. If you are familiar with this part of the country, you know it stays very green and wet for most of the year. Our daily work is tied very closely to the land and the local community around us. We don't have a big, fancy office building with a lobby. Instead, we operate from a place that feels more like a home because it actually is one. The rain can be incredibly heavy in this region, and sometimes the local roads get a bit difficult to navigate, but that’s just a normal part of life in Kannur. We spend a lot of time outdoors or dealing with products that come from the various farms in the area. Padiyoor is a quiet place for the most part, which we like. You usually hear the birds or the sound of the wind in the trees more than you hear any cars or machinery. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do right by the people we work with every day. There is almost always some dirt under our fingernails. We drink a lot of local coffee and talk about the weather constantly because it affects our work so much. It is a simple life, and the work can be physically hard, but it’s honest.
