DREAM MALABAR RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Building No.1275 in Ward 21. We are located in the Vengad Grama Panchayat area, specifically in a place called Kaitheripoyil in Kannur. It’s quite a rural setting, which is honestly how we like it. The office is part of the local panchayat landscape, surrounded by houses and small shops. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We aren't in a high-rise or a business park. We are just part of the local neighborhood. The building itself is simple and sturdy, and we use it to handle all the legal and financial stuff for the resort. Because we are in a village area, things move a bit slower, and we often stop to talk to the neighbors when we are coming or going. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of people in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. The work we do is pretty routine, involving a lot of coordination and planning. We have our desks set up, and we try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the busy season. Being in Kaitheripoyil gives us a good connection to the land and the people here, which is important for the kind of resort we operate in the Malabar region.
