You can find us on Thayyil Road in Kannur where we run The Paramount Group Of Hotels. It sounds like a big name but we are just a local group of people managing rooms and taking care of guests. The area around Thayyil Road is quite busy and we are right in the middle of it. Our buildings have been here for a long time and they show their age in some spots but we try to keep things clean and functional. We don’t have a corporate office in a skyscraper. Most of our management happens right behind the front desk or in a small back room. We spend our days checking people in and making sure the laundry is done on time. It is a lot of physical work and we are always on our feet. The staff is mostly local people from the neighborhood who have been with us for years. We don't use a lot of fancy scripts when we talk to guests. We just say hello and help them with their bags.
