Administrator Coodinator

Our office is tucked away on Kannothumchal Road, near the Civil Station in Kannur. We’re part of the World Vision of India setup here, and Besly Monika is one of the main people you’d find if you walked in. The location is pretty central since the Civil Station Post is right there, so there’s always a lot of government workers and locals moving through the area. It can get a bit frantic during the middle of the day with all the traffic and people trying to get their errands done. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a lot of administrative tasks to handle, so there are always ledgers, schedules, and forms spread out across the tables. It’s not a corporate environment with a lot of rules about how your desk should look. We just try to stay organized enough to get the job done. Working in Kannur means we deal with the humidity and the rainy seasons, but we’re used to it by now. The office is a place where a lot of coordination happens, which means the phones are usually busy and there’s always someone checking a list. We don't really have time for anything flashy. It’s just about making sure the administration side of things runs like it’s supposed to. Most of us have been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise from the road anymore. We just show up, drink some tea, and do what’s needed.
