Xpertmindz Innovative Solutions Privatelimited is located on the first floor at No 15 52 5, right above the Bank of Baroda on Old Bridge Road in Kuzhithurai. Being above a bank makes it very easy to tell people where we are. You just look for the bank sign and then come up the stairs. The stairs are a little steep, so we get a bit of a workout every day. The office space itself is nothing out of the ordinary. It has fluorescent lights and some old desks that we have moved around a few times to try and find the best layout. We have a view of Old Bridge Road from the windows, and it is interesting to watch the people and cars go by when we take a second to breathe. Kuzhithurai is a place with its own pace, and we fit right into it. We aren't a high-pressure corporate office with people in suits running around. It is more of a casual environment where we talk about the news or what we had for dinner while we work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. We just have our work and each other. It’s a practical, local office where real people spend their time trying to solve problems and earn a living. The town has a lot of charm.
