Thangams Computer

You can find us at 46 Victoria Press Road. It’s an interesting street to be on, with a lot of history if you look at the buildings. Thangams Computer is just a straightforward place where we handle tech stuff. The room is usually full of the sound of cooling fans and the clicking of keyboards. We have stacks of old monitors in the corner that we haven't quite decided what to do with yet. Most days are spent looking at screens or opening up computer cases to see why they stopped working. It’s a bit messy, with cables running across the desks and screwdrivers laying around. We don't really go for a polished look because that’s not what we are about. We just want to fix the machines and get them back to their owners. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about their internet. It’s a quiet enough spot on the road, away from the worst of the city noise. I like the light that comes through the window in the afternoon. It makes the dust on the old parts look like gold for a minute. We've been at 46 Victoria Press Road for a good while now. It feels like home more than an office. We keep some spare keyboards and mice on the shelf just in case. It’s just a small operation running day to day.
