Victory Flag Agro Ventures Private Limited

Out here in Aputhuvilai, things move at a different pace than the big cities. Victory Flag Agro Ventures Private Limited is really just a group of us working out of 5/99-Aputhuvilai. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of the seasons. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, so we have to adjust. We’ve been at this spot for a while. The office isn't anything special, just a place to store tools and keep the records straight. Most of the day is spent outside or talking to the guys in the fields. We don't have a website or a big sign. People just know where to find us. My brother handles most of the transport stuff. If the truck breaks down, everything slows down, which happens more often than I’d like. It’s dusty work, especially during the harvest. We drink a lot of coffee while we sit on the porch talking about the crop prices. It’s hard to predict how the year will go. We just try to get the work done before it gets too dark. Some days are longer than others, especially when the monsoon starts. We’re just local people doing what we know. It’s not a fancy business, just a way to keep things going for everyone involved in the agro work here. We've been part of the community for years and we know most of the families around here personally.
