Agro Smart Solutions Llp

Our small place is located at 12/75A on Sannathi Street, right in Suchindrum. Being so close to the temple area in Kanyakumari means there is always noise and people walking by. Agro Smart Solutions Llp is what we call our little operation here. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to make farming a bit more modern, even if the building we work out of feels quite old. The rooms are a bit cramped with all the equipment and papers lying around. It gets quite humid here being so close to the tip of the country. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local land and what the farmers around Kanyakumari actually need. Sometimes we are out in the fields more than we are in the office on Sannathi Street. People stop by to ask questions about seeds or how to fix their irrigation systems. It's more of a community thing than a big business. We try to keep things simple and honest. The "smart" part of our name just means we try to use our heads to solve problems that come up on the farm. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains are late or the prices for crops drop. We just take it one day at a time and try to help where we can. Most of us grew up around here so we know the soil well.
