Layercodes Technologies Private Limited

We are located out in Kandamanadi, specifically on Mullai Street. It’s not right in the middle of a big city, which is actually kind of nice. The office is at number 14 in the T.P.C Quarters area. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly focusing on coding and things like that. Layercodes was started because a few of us wanted to work on our own terms. It’s a pretty simple setup. We don’t have any of those fancy glass walls or bean bag chairs you see in movies. It's just a regular building where we sit and write code. Sometimes the internet acts up because of where we are, but we manage. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood. We know the postman and the guy who sells tea down the road. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a technical problem solved, we look at it and see what we can do. There’s no big manual or complicated process. We just talk it out and get to work. Being in Kandamanadi Post means it's a bit quieter than the main hubs, and that helps us focus. We’ve been here for a while now and the office has slowly filled up with more monitors and cables. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. That's basically how we run things every day.
