Finos Technologies Private Limited

Our company, Finos Technologies Private Limited, is based down in Nagercoil. Specifically, we are at 16C, Muthaliarvilai in the Kottar area. It’s right near the tip of the country in Kanyakumari district. Being this far south means things are a bit different than in the big metros. We have a small office where we do all our software development. It’s a local team, mostly people who grew up around here. The building is a simple one at 16C. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements on the walls. Inside, it’s just rows of computers and people talking about code. We started this because we wanted to work in our hometown instead of moving away to Bangalore or Chennai. It’s been working out okay so far. The neighborhood is full of local shops and houses. We’ve become a bit of a fixture on the street over the years. We do a lot of technical work that keeps us at our desks for most of the day. There’s a lot of focus on just getting the tasks finished. We don’t really have a big corporate structure. Everyone just knows what they need to do. It’s a practical place to work, and we like being part of the community here in Tamil Nadu. We just take things one day at a time and keep at it.
