Our shop is located over in the Yaas Building at No. 30/654. Being right next to the Telephone Exchange on Trivandrum Road makes it easier for people to find us, though the traffic around Vadasery can be a real mess during the rush hour. The office itself isn't huge. We have computers in various states of repair everywhere and a lot of tangled cables that we are always trying to keep sorted. Most days we stay busy fixing things that just stopped working or setting up routers for local folks. It gets a bit dusty inside because of all the vehicles on the road outside. We started here because the location felt convenient for people living in this part of town. Sometimes our old coffee machine breaks down, which is a real pain for everyone. We just handle whatever comes through the door. Usually, it is someone with a laptop that won't turn on or a slow internet connection. We don't have a receptionist, so if we are in the middle of a job, you might have to wait a few minutes before someone can talk to you. The walls are just a plain off-white color and we have some old calendars hanging up. It feels like a real workspace. We aren't like those shiny corporate offices you see in the city center. We have been at this spot for several years now and the building is okay, even if the stairs are steep and the lift is slow.
