Chitra Lekha Marble

We are over here at D-206 in Nai Abadi. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though the trucks coming in with marble slabs can make a bit of a racket. Chitra Lekha Marble has been around for a while now. Most people find us just by asking around the neighborhood since we are tucked away a bit. My day usually starts early, opening up the gates and checking what we have left in the yard. It is dusty work, honestly. You cannot really avoid the white powder getting on everything when you deal with stones all day. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to move the heavier pieces, especially when it rains and the ground gets slick. We just do our thing, helping people who stop by looking for something for their floors or maybe a kitchen counter. There is nothing fancy about how we operate. We have the address written on the wall and we just try to keep things organized so we know where the white pieces are versus the grey ones. It is just me and a couple of guys most of the time. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next delivery to arrive. People from the nearby houses often walk over to see what is new. It is a simple life here in Nai Abadi. We don't have a big showroom with lights, just the yard and the stone.
