You can find us at Ward No- 9 in Vpo Kangra. Surender Enterprises is situated right near the Civil Hospital, so it’s a very easy landmark to give people. Being near the hospital means there’s always a lot of movement around our shop. We are just a local business doing our thing. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the people who come to us are satisfied with what they get. The shop is a simple room with some shelves and a desk where we handle the paperwork. It’s often just one or two of us here at a time. We’ve been in Kangra for years and know most of the local families. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we just sit outside when it’s quiet and watch the people going by. We deal with various items and services depending on what the local demand is. It’s not a high-tech operation. We use old-fashioned ledgers for some things and just talk to people like human beings. We don't like using complicated terms or trying to impress anyone. If someone needs help with something, we do our best. It’s a quiet life for the most part, apart from the hospital sirens now and then. We’re just a small part of the village, doing our daily work and trying to keep things going for the long run.
