Nangia Co

Up here in Kangra, specifically in Paprola, things move at a different pace. Nangia Co is located near the Patwar Khana, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Being in VPO Paprola, Tehsil Baijnath, we are surrounded by the hills. The air is better than in the big cities, that’s for sure. Our building is called Happy Nest, though it’s just a regular place where we do our business. We have the usual office stuff, but also some inventory that needs moving now and then. Sometimes the rain in Himachal gets so heavy we can barely hear ourselves talk over the tin roof. We are part of the local scene here in India 176115. People walk by and wave. It’s not a high-tech hub with glass walls. It’s more of a brick-and-mortar operation where we deal with people face to face. We spend our time checking orders and making sure things are sent out right. The mountain roads can be tricky for transport, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the trucks and the weather. When the day is done, we just lock the door and walk home. It’s a simple life and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. There is a small tea shop nearby where we usually get our morning start. It’s nothing fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of work to get through. We keep the heater running when the winter wind starts to bite.
