If you’re ever out near Kunrathur Main Road in Kovur, you’ve probably seen Vasanth Travels. We are based at No 3/220 B, right near Kanaga Hospital. It’s a convenient spot for us because it’s easy to hop onto the main road from here. We started this business because we saw a need for reliable transport in the Kovur area. It isn't always easy keeping everything on schedule, especially when the roads get blocked up, but we give it our best shot. We have a small fleet of vehicles that we keep at the ready. Most of our days are spent talking to customers on the phone and coordinating where the drivers need to go next. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on being there when people need us. The hospital nearby means there are always people coming and going, so we stay pretty active. It’s a practical business, run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We know the local routes and the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the Kunrathur traffic. It’s hard work, but we like being our own bosses and helping out our neighbors. Sometimes things get a bit hectic in the office, but we manage to get everyone where they need to be eventually. Just a local travel service doing what we do every day.
