You can find us at No 13, MGR Salai in Kandanchavadi. We are right opposite the IFL building. This is a very busy part of Chennai with all the IT parks and traffic moving towards OMR. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise. It’s a small place but we are always busy. The phone rings a lot, mostly people looking for cabs or asking about bus timings. We have a couple of desks pushed against the wall and a lot of paperwork piled up. It’s not the neatest office in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers over the radio or phone to see where they are stuck in traffic. MGR Salai can be a nightmare during peak hours, so we are always checking the time. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on being here and answering the door when someone walks in. Most of our work is for the people who work in the nearby buildings or live in the apartments around Kandanchavadi. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep our heads down and get the bookings finished. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the vehicle to the customer as fast as the traffic allows. It’s a tough job some days, but we keep at it.
