R.T.G. Aluminium & UPVC Fabrications

Our shop is at 45 Kundrathur Main Road, right in the Porur area. If you find the Nagathamman Koli temple, we are just a short walk from there. We spend our days working with aluminium sections and UPVC frames. It’s a different kind of work than heavy steel, but it’s still plenty of labor for us. The workshop is usually full of long white and silver poles waiting to be cut down to the right size. We handle windows, doors, and partitions for the houses being built around here. Porur is growing fast, so there’s always someone needing a new balcony enclosure or a kitchen cupboard made. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team doing the cutting and fitting ourselves. Sometimes the shop gets messy with all the little bits of plastic and metal shavings on the floor, but we clear it out every evening before heading home. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a saw at the moment. We use a few hand tools and some basic machines to get the angles right. It’s not a polished place, but the frames we make do the job they’re supposed to do. People like that we’re local and they can just pop in to check on their order. It's just regular work for regular people on the main road.
