We are located at 4/695 on the Annai Satya Nagar Main Road in Ramapuram. If you walk into our place, the first thing you notice is the smell of different spices and ingredients. It is a very busy environment because we are always grinding, mixing, or packing something. Condiments are a big part of how people cook around here, so we take the work seriously even if the place looks a bit cluttered sometimes. We started out small and just kept adding more machines as we needed them. The main road is always noisy with buses and bikes, but we are used to the sound by now. Our staff is mostly people from the local neighborhood who have been with us for years. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for our recipes; most of it is just how we've always done it. Sometimes we run out of a certain pepper or seed and have to wait for the next shipment, which can be a headache. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty brochures for us. We just make the products and send them out to the shops. It's hard work and the air can get a bit spicy, which makes everyone sneeze, but it’s a good living. We just try to keep the quality consistent and the prices where they should be for our customers.
