Mctronz Private Limited is at No C-21A on Suriyagandhi Street. We are part of Vivekanandha Nagar in the Thirumullaivoyal area. It’s a residential neighborhood for the most part, so having an office here feels quite calm. The building is a simple two-story structure, and we occupy a portion of it. The street is lined with houses and a few other small offices. There is a bit of green around, which is nice compared to the more industrial parts of the city. Inside our office, things are pretty straightforward. We have our desks arranged in rows, and there are plenty of power strips on the floor to keep everything running. We don't have a professional cleaning crew, so we all take turns making sure the place isn't too messy. It builds a bit of character, we think. The commute here is okay for most of us, though the traffic on the main road can be a pain during rush hour. We usually arrive around nine and stay until the work for the day is finished. There’s a small tea stall just a five-minute walk away where we go when we need a break from the screens. The guy there makes a really strong ginger tea that keeps us going in the afternoons. It’s a quiet, hardworking environment without any of the unnecessary fluff you find in bigger companies. We just focus on getting our daily tasks finished.
