Kanniamman Earth Movers

Kanniamman Earth Movers is located at Number 1, Vijayalakshmi Avenue in Poonamallee. We deal with heavy machinery and equipment for digging and moving dirt. It’s a busy kind of business because there is always some construction or road work happening around this part of town. We have our yard where we keep the machines when they aren't out on a job site. It can get pretty noisy when we are warming up the engines in the morning. Poonamallee is a good spot for us because it’s a gateway to so many developing areas. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs, just a practical place to manage our bookings and maintain the equipment. Most of our work is done out in the field, so the office is just where we coordinate everything. We’ve got a few mechanics who look after the machines to make sure they don't break down in the middle of a job. It’s greasy, hard work, but we’ve been doing it for years. We aren't interested in big corporate talk, we just want to make sure the dirt gets moved and the project stays on track. If you are looking for us, we are right at the start of the avenue. It’s easy to see the big yellow machines parked up. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
