Agk Dye-Chem

We are located at New No. 30, though some people still use the Old No. 23-A when they try to find us. We’re on the Second Main Road in New Colony, over in Chromepet. Agk Dye-Chem is what we call the business. We mainly handle dyes and chemicals, which means our space is full of shelves stocked with various jars and packets. Chromepet is a decent area, but finding our specific street can be a little tricky for delivery drivers because of the way the numbers changed. Our building is a simple structure that blends in with the others on the road. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a small counter where we talk to people. We don't have any high-tech systems. We still write a lot of things down in ledgers and keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It can get a bit quiet during the middle of the day, but then it picks up again towards the evening. The air in here sometimes has that sharp, chemical scent, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock so we don't lose track of the different shades and types. It’s a small, local operation, and we like the fact that we know many of the people who come through our door. The fan makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we hardly notice it anymore.
