Adampragmatica Private Limited

Our place is K 105 in the Arihant Firangipani complex on M.R.Radha Road. We’re out in Pudupakkam, which is in the Kancheepuram area. It’s a bit of a distance from the city, but it makes for a calmer workday. Adampragmatica Private Limited is just a small group of us who handle tech projects. The office is pretty simple. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of cords running across the floor. It’s not a place that looks like a magazine cover, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have a lot of formal processes. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need help with something. It’s a very informal way of working, but it works for us. The drive to work can be long depending on the traffic on the main road, but once we’re here, it’s mostly just focused work. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or trying to impress people with big words. We just take the work as it comes and try to be as practical as possible about it. Most of our day is spent at our computers, and we usually head home once the sun starts to go down. It’s just a normal job for us. We like the fact that we can do our work without a lot of corporate pressure or unnecessary meetings.
