Aakash Exports

You can find Aakash Exports on the first floor at No. 120 T. K. Nambi Street. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which keeps us in shape, I guess. It’s a busy street and finding parking can be a real headache some days. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. There are desks pushed against the walls and stacks of files that probably need sorting. We focus on getting our export orders out on time. It’s a lot of coordination with different people. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times there are delays we can't control. We just deal with it as it comes. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up when we need a break. It's a typical local business environment. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with notebooks and pens. It’s how we learned and it works for us. T. K. Nambi Street has its own character, very lively. We know the other shop owners around here. It feels like a small village sometimes even though we are in a city. We just keep doing our bit every day. There is no point in complicating things when the simple way works well enough for everyone involved.
