3Starbit Ventures Private Limited is based out of Polachery Village, which is a bit of a journey from the main parts of Chennai. We are in the Gemini Magnolia apartment complex, specifically Flat Number 232. It’s out toward Mambakkam in the Kancheepuram district. Being in a village area means it’s a lot greener and quieter than being in the city. We used one of the apartments as our office space because it’s peaceful and helps us focus on our ventures. Gemini Magnolia is a nice enough place with decent security. We have our setup in the main living area and one of the rooms. It’s not a huge office, but since there aren't many of us, it fits just fine. We spend our days looking at different business opportunities and managing the ventures we already have. Sometimes we take a walk around the complex when we need a break from the screens. The commute can be a bit long if you’re coming from the city, but we like the quiet here. There is a small shop nearby where we get our daily supplies and snacks. It’s a very low-key operation. We don’t do big marketing pushes or anything like that. We just focus on our projects and try to make things work. It’s a simple, honest way to run a venture company without all the usual overhead.
