Serendipity Food & Beverages Llp is located at Satyam House, which is House No 15 on Shantipur Main Road. Being right on the main road means we are always in the middle of the local bustle. There are cars and rickshaws going by all day long, and the noise is just part of our background now. We use the space at Satyam House to handle all our food and beverage work. It is not a slick, modern facility. It is more of a traditional building where we have set up our storage and small office area. We spend most of our time counting inventory and making sure our beverage supplies are ready for distribution. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Shantipur is a lively neighborhood, and we have gotten to know the other shopkeepers around us. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the main road a bit flooded, which slows everything down, but we just manage as best as we can. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the boxes and the bottles that need to be moved each day. It's a simple, local business and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We show up at House No 15, do the work, and go home.
